How does online shopping work for our sale?

  • We have expanded!  While we will still offer in person sales twice a year, we have combined the both of both worlds: consignment bargains and online shopping!  All of the high quality, gently used items you are used to seeing at our in person sale are now online!  We have only ONE of each item and we are selling on a first come first purchase basis.  It is possible that the same item will be in multiple carts.  After the first person has completed checkout of that item, it will no longer be available for sale.  It will either be removed from the inventory or display as “SOLD OUT.”  If the item is already in your cart and it was purchased by another shopper, you will be unable to proceed to purchase of the sold item (an error will display).  We understand this can be frustrating, so we encourage you to complete your order as soon as possible.

Where can I find…..?

  • All the items and categories are fully searchable.  Simply click on search at the top of the page or in the footer and type in your request.  For example: if you are looking for Girl’s Boutique, you will find it in the menu option of you can simply type ‘Boutique’ into the search box.

Do you have a minimum order?

  • To keep our processing costs to a minimum, please place order totaling $5 or more.

How do I get my order?

  • Pick up of orders will be on TBA at a Pooler, Georgia residence.  Please us the following link to  signupgenius.com to make an appointment.  You will need to schedule your 5 minute appointment before your arrival and allow 5-10ish minutes for pick up. 

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

  • Please have a screen shot or print out of your order (preferred) of each order.

What if I cannot attend pickup day?

  • Please plan on picking up your orders(s) the above date.  We will only be able to accommodate alternative arrangements in certain circumstances and if you let us know immediately.  Emergencies related to COVID-19 will always be accommodated.  Please call or text us at 912-536-1187 or coastalkids2017@gmail.com  Please make sure to have your name and order number close by.

What is your return policy?

  • We pride ourselves on the high quality of the items we sell.  Therefore, items are sold ‘as is.’ In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, please let us know BEFORE you leave pick up.  We will ask you to verify that your order is complete and to your satisfaction during pickup.  Once you have left pick up, we will be unable to assist you.

Will you be selling car seats?

  • Unfortunately, we will not be selling car seats at either our in person or online sales.  We are unable to verify the condition of the car seat before its sale.
